I passionately believe that if we empower our children and young people to know their minds and respect their bodies, and to provide them with tools to navigate life’s challenges, we’re taking a big step towards sending them out into the world equipped to process their emotions safely, to show kindness to others, and to be great humans doing great things. 

 

Banana Moon Kids Yoga offers fun and imaginative movement and mindfulness to inspire peace, patience and gratitude in our children and young people, from tots to teens. Choose from small group classes, 1:1 individual or family sessions in the studio or from the comfort of your own home, meditation and mindfulness practices, or family workshops.
